Privacy for the test pages

Last updated 19 October 2026. These are test pages. Please use made-up names when trying them.

What the pages do with what you type

• A check-in, late pass or parent request is passed between tabs in the same browser on the same device. It is not sent to our servers, to a school, or to another device.
• Nothing you type is stored after you close or reload the tab. The office screen remembers, for that tab only, that it was unlocked and the staff name typed into “You are”.
• If office staff download a CSV file, it is saved wherever their browser saves downloads. Whoever holds that file controls it.
• There is no staff sign-in yet, and nothing on these pages is verified.

The website host

The pages are served by Google Firebase Hosting, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses and the pages requested. The pages use no cookies, analytics or advertising.
